Terms of use
Effective 9 October 2026
By using Nosh (usenosh.app, its contracts and its programs) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
1. Memecoins, and nothing more
Coins launched through Nosh are memecoins. They are not investments, securities, shares, or claims on anything. They have no intrinsic value, carry no right to profits, revenue or assets, and no one promises they will hold or gain value. Their prices are set by whoever is trading them, are extremely volatile, and can go to zero at any time, including within minutes of launch.
Anyone can launch a coin through Nosh. Nosh does not vet, endorse or stand behind any coin, its creator, its name, its image or anything said about it.
2. Prizes are not guaranteed
A coin's trading fees fund a vault that buys NFTs, cards, packs and other prizes, which may be raffled to holders. Whether any prize is ever bought depends on trading volume, prices, marketplaces and third-party services, none of which anyone controls. A vault may never afford a prize. Holding a coin does not entitle you to any prize, any share of a vault, or any payment. Raffle odds, schedules, prize types and amounts may change, and past draws say nothing about future ones.
3. How vault funds can move
Some vaults are immutable: their funds can only be spent buying their collection's NFTs. Others, for collections bought on another chain or off-chain, are withdrawable: their funds can leave through a publicly announced, time-locked withdrawal to a destination and for a purpose stated on-chain, chosen by the Nosh operators. That includes moving funds to the Nosh treasury to be used elsewhere in the ecosystem. See Two kinds of vault. Do not buy a coin on the assumption that its vault balance belongs to you or will be spent in any particular way.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing on Nosh, its website, its posts or its channels is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. Do your own research, and only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
5. Software and third parties
Nosh is experimental software provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Its contracts are unaudited unless stated otherwise and may contain bugs. It depends on third parties it does not control, including Pons, pump.fun, Raydium, OpenSea, Tensor, Collector Crypt, Courtyard, bridges, oracles, RPC providers and the blockchains themselves; any of them can fail, change or stop. Transactions on a blockchain are irreversible. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign.
6. Who may use Nosh
You must be of legal age where you live and allowed by your local laws to use it. You must not use Nosh where doing so is illegal, including where raffles, prize draws or memecoins are restricted, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for any taxes on your activity.
7. No liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nosh, its contributors and operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Nosh or any coin launched through it, including loss of funds, loss of value, a prize not bought, drawn or delivered, or the use of vault funds as described above. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law allows. You use Nosh entirely at your own risk.
8. Changes
These terms, the site and the protocol may change or stop at any time, with or without notice. Continuing to use Nosh after a change means you accept it.
